Aguascalientes Marriott Hotel

Just all around great Hotel.

Upon my arrival, I was told that i had a one night reservation. I said NO, that I had made a 5 night reservation. The girl at the desk insisted that my reservation was for one night only. I went to my room and retrieved on my laptop, the email stating that I had a 5 night reservation. I was not impressed with the service and professionalism of the Marriott staff.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are always polite and helpful... particular thanks to Angela who made all of my dealings smooth and easy.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. My room cleaner, Lucy, always done an excellent job. Front desk staff are friendly and polite. All of my check in etc were handled seemlessly by Angela. Thanks

Worst customer service from a Marriott Brand hotel , the staff as well as the General Manager should go to a intense customer service training !
