Great 4 star hotel, but not deserve 5 star rating

Pros: + Nice hotel & nice rooms + Nice pool & but only two steam rooms (Finish and Turkish) + Friendly staff Cons: - Does not meet a standard to be a 5 star hotel. - Not a lot of food to choose for breakfast. - No “livecooking” at breakfast, which is a must for a 5 star hotel. - Cold frankfurters for breakfast. - Shower can not attach to the stand”.

A good hotel. Has a revolving restaurant with views of Sarajevo, swimming pool and even pools tables and a bowling alley. The train that goes into the centre of town stops right outside.

I was very happy and satisfied with Radon Plaza. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. In particular, I would like to thank the young lady at the reception desk who spoke fluent English and who arranged for a taxi that took us to Pristina, Kosovo. Best Wishes!

Excellent hotel near airport!

Hotel staff's professional attitude + traditional Bosnian hospitality = winning combination. The room was clean and spacious, bed very comfortable, and front desk staff was very friendly and thoughtful. Realizing that I would miss breakfast due to an early morning flight from Sarajevo, they packed a meal for me to take with me.

Excellent service, wonderful restaurant with good food and very friendly staff, responsive to any needs one imaginably could have. Wish the pool was little bit warmer, but sauna and steam-bath open around the clock. Rooms clean with good mattresses, bunch of extra pillows sheets and blankets, as needed. Didnt like toiletries particularly, bathtub partially covered with plexiglass and lots of splashing even while taking shower very carefully, which creates hazard in the form of very slippery floor. In my opinion, this is trouble waiting to happen, especially with elderly folks who might slip and fall. Enough of parking space, and security 24/7 on the site (although the city itself is very safe). Exit ramp somewhat problematic, as it apparently needs to be operated from the reception, (i was not able to open it with my room card or with the ticket issued on entrance). Proximity and easy acces to the public transportation, as well as location of the hotel, makes lease of a vehicle almost unnecessary; unless venturing outside of the town planed... I hope management addresses these (in my opinion minor) issues. Other then that, this is an awesome place to stay and will most definitely and wholeheartedly recommend.
