Living Hotel an der Oper

Location is brilliant. The room was very clean and warm. Excellent shower, laptop sized safe. Staff were very friendly. Great that they don't charge for mineral water and there was complimentary beer and wine for the first night in the business room. Downsides - the restaurant was still shut which was a bit odd given that the alternative was croissants served in close proximity near the lobby and coffee from a machine. The other downside was the wifi...the manager said it was more of an issue with Apple products but it was patchy with my android phone too. It seems to be an issue with a lot of hotels in Vienna and some charge for wifi which at least this didn't but if you needed a good consistent connection for a Zoom meet for instance, I wouldn't trust it. That said, it's a perfect hotel for access to museums etc and walking distance to good restaurants and cafes and the shopping areas.

Close to everything, walking distance to major landmarks, restaurants and shops. Laundry room clean and easy to use , machines even have detergent so no need to buy. Would definitely stay again

This is an outstanding hotel. I spent a fabulous stay there, it is comfy, elegant, the staff is very professional and welcoming. All the team members had been fabulous with me and my guests ! Thank you for your amazing job. One of the best hotel I have stayed !!

Fabulous, friendly, accommodating hotel!!

We were greeted very warmly upon our arrival. We were given a surprise upgrade….to a gorgeous suite. This a definitely the prettiest, most comfortable room/suite we’ve ever had, while traveling in Europe. This location was perfect for us as first time visitors to Vienna. This hotel is amazing, and we definitely recommend, and will stay here again if ever back in Vienna!

Great staff, great location. Amazing room with lots of space. The team helped us a lot. Location next to the opera, walk a way from all attractions and to public transportation. Great value to the money. Would come back for sure.

Family friendly hotel

It was quite comfortable to stay with two kids. It is located in the center of city and spacious and has well equipped appliances like microwave and little fridge for ice. Loved it.
