Very clean rooms. The room had an upgraded feel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This property was very nice and clean. My only issue was a girl at the front desk who was rude. Everyone else was a pleasure

Our stay was good. The beds were a little to hard for us., we did have to leave before breakfast was served and were a little disappointed that they did not offer us go bags for breakfast as we checked out. We were supposed to get them since breakfast was not served yet.

I didn't like that We weren't aware you had to make a appointment to use the hot tub.

The only complaint I have is that the bed was too hard for me so I didnt sleep well and my hips hurt the next day.

My family review is based off our overall service (labor day weekend 2020) from beginning to end! Constance the front desk associate was beyond rude and disrespectful from the moment we checked in. As I checked my family in, she gave no information pertaining to our stay, no check out info, no breakfast info, nothing. Our family had a long drive in so at that point we were too tired to even ask. Literally within 10 mins as I was waiting on my husband to park the car, my sister arrived to checked in. I was directly behind my sister as she checked in. Ms. Constance gave very detailed information to my sister, including detail to the covid breakfast rules. I looked at Constance and said excuse me, you didn't give us any of that information. Without apology of any kind, she looked me dead in my face and turned her head back to my sister! RUDE! After we (family) finished checking in, our issues with Constance would not end. My family had reserved 5 rooms 16 people total. The worst experience WAS yet to come! She accused 3 different family members of theft from the snack room and charged one of the family members room for the ignorant accusation, without PROOF of any kind, refused to give detail to the charge and the accusation. When she was confronted by the member whose credit card she charged she gave her reason and story of the charge, when she was asked for the video camera to be reviewed or any proof, she refused!
