Staff was superior

The rooms were big and very comfortable. The hotel was immaculate, but what really made my stay was the service. Since I was in Chisinau during the off season, I was the only guest in the hotel. The staff waited until I got in before they went to sleep. In addition, the made sure I knew where I was going with great directions and recommendations.

Not as good as it could be

This hotel has the potential to be a first class property. The rooms are large enough to be suites but are sparsely furnished and not well finished. I stayed twice. In the first room the TV didn't work in the second it did but of the 170+ channels available none were in English. There was no tea or coffee facilities but there was a huge fridge freezer. The staff were very helpful. It is located off the main street in not the best neighbourhood but is half way between the Railway Station and the Town centre and close to local shopping malls All in all it needs a bit of flair to reach its full potential Breakfast was included and was ok; just OK

Comfortable stay in Chisinau

This is a nice hotel with very friendly staff. Location is ok, however still quite a walk (30 mins) to the main places to visit in Chisinau. Rooms are big, however the furniture maybe not the most stylish one. Internet worked well and they even set up breakfast early one day to accommodate my early flight. Breakfast is quite basic and no real coffee, only instant one. Taxi from/to airport cost around 80-120 MDL, hotel helped me to get taxi when going back to the airport. There is plenty of supermarkets just around the hotel, so easy to get some snacks or drinks even late of the day, some closing only at 11 pm. While outside of the hotel finding someone speak English was a challenge, everyone at the hotel spoke English well and very super friendly and helpful.

Getaway

Very nice hotel and very good value. The staff are fantastic - they could not be more helpful. The building can be a bit difficult to find, but it is in a nice quiet area.

Very spacious rooms

We checked in Sat night, and hotel's restaurant had a loud party going on into wee hours of the morning. Other than that, everything was superb: room, breakfast, friendly service.

Great Staff , receptionists

The best of this hotel are the Receptionist , they are very helpful , warm girls , extremely nice. The hotel if fine , a little distant from the main turistic sites. Room was very comfortable .
