The Royal Santrian

This is a beautiful resort. Made even more special by the people who work there that take the time to get to know all their guests!! We will definitely be back!!

We spent a wonderful and truly memorable 12 days holidays in this beautiful resort. To start with, we were so enchanted by the reception and the little welcome ceremonies. But it kept getting better as we discovered our villa, way beyond what we expected, so spacious with all kinds of exquisite amenities and gardens. The staff was very professional and friendly, eager to please and attended to our every little request with genuine gentleness and their biggest smile. The resort also provides a first-class restauration with a la carte western and local cuisine, whether you choose to eat in the privacy of your villa, on the beach, on the terrace or in their delightful restaurant where every attention to details has been thought over right down to the elegant dinnerware. To start the day with their a la carte breakfast or to delight in their scrumptious afternoon high tea is a must. Travel brochures cannot convey the feeling of a place and we loved how the clean design and immaculate lawns and gardens create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation that not even the occasional wedding, which by the way provides an unexpected entertainment giving us a glimpse on different cultures, could not disturb. In conclusion, if you are looking for a relaxing, private and elegant holiday, this is the place!!

The villa with private pool was beautiful. Love the outdoor shower on a hot day. There is also an indoor shower and a tub. They provide complimentary drinks, biscuits and nuts in the room. Refilled daily. The staff is very welcoming and always trying to help. The Hotel is very quiet. It can sometime feel like no one else is there which was great. The villa was a bit close to the road so it could get a bit noisy from the traffic but nothing major. The beach is nice in the morning, but once the tide goes out it looks a bit sad. But that is the same for all the hotels on the peninsula. The breakfast was included. It was fine but nothing special. The serving are a bit small but can reorder as many times and as much as you want. Overall I would definitely recommend it and go back.

What can we say? This hotel has it all. We've stayed in some great places one the years but The Royal Santrian tops them all. Each staff member was amazing in their own right and the hotel was exceptional from the minute we arrived until the second we left. If you're planning a honeymoon then look no further!! This place is Heaven and the service is unbeatable. We are already planning our next trip but this time we are bringing the in-laws and the kids

The villas were extremely luxurious. We enjoyed swimming in our private pool and the minibar was complimentary. The breakfasts were superb. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The Royal Santrian was an amazing hotel we loved our villa and our pool. The staff were amazing and always available to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was great as well as dinner. We would stay here again

Instant favourite! This is our side of bali where it is private but still have dining options nearby. a holiday hotel where you dont have to go anywhere but enjoy your villa. Everyone is so nice and friendly and giving us tips what to do around such as biking! My partner also prepared a surprise private dinner and they executed it very well! Love this hotel

The place is designed specially for couples and new lovers who wants to celebrate a honeymoon or wedding and anniversary or any romantic occasion. The place is a 5+ Stars in all matters. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful in all what you needs. They’re like a genie who meets all your needs and wishes.

The staff at the resort couldn't have done anything more for us; absolutely exceptional. They are a real credit to the hotel. We received a very high level of service, overwhelmed by politeness and kindness which made our stay perfect. The villa is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and is just as beautiful. The private pool in the villa is a great size and the communal pool is very nice too. The resort is immaculately clean. The food (from breakfast to dinner) is great; loved the steak, the local curries and you always recieve great samples of the dish of the day. The "shuttle" service is great!!! - its basically a free taxi service. We would definitely recommend this resort and would definitely stay here again in the future. It was very quiet, peaceful and tranquil and is a great getaway. Loved it and wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for having us.
