Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives

The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. The resort has lovely beaches and adequate water activities to keep you entertained. The snorkeling was amazing! The prices for food and drinks should just be inclusive of taxes and service charges rather than the ++ format they use. All deck areas should be thoroughly cleaned as there were a few roaches and lots of ants crawling around in the evenings. The location in the south atoll is also good. They are very well equipped for boat safety.

Beautiful property, all that one can ask for - activities, location, food options, gorgeous rooms. We enjoyed our 3 day stay with family and it made for a memorable trip. We had one issue however, one of our rooms had a lot of termites crawling all over after a rain shower hit the island. The reception guys informed us that this happens sometimes, although I found it unacceptable for a five star resort room to have termites! In all fairness, they management readily offered a room change and made it happen promptly as well. Thankfully the new room had no termites (or the treatment was done before we moved in). Overall, a recommended stay option.

Very clean overwater villa room and excellent service from all the staffs. Really love the resort.

Overall is excellent except Our room got cockroaches and termites problems. Housekeeping handle it quick but still can’t solve the problems.

Fantastic Property! We really enjoyed our stay. All the arrangements from transfers to everything was fairly in place. Thanks Kandooma.

This is a perfect property for families with toddlers or young children. The children's play area is a blessing for all parents who are wondering how to keep their little ones engaged. I would definitely recommend it. One area of improvement would be the lack of customer services that some of the staff seem to have. I don't think it is very obvious, but some staff can use some upskilling. PS: If they could get bicycles for the guests to use on the island that would be magic.

Nice hotel, very helpful stuff. No beach umbrellas, that a minus. Evening entertainment could be better. Good overall.

Loved the overwater villa, worth the experience.. with
