Customer service, clean and Close to stations to visit many attractions

The reception team and the bar team are super friendly and helpful. Thanks for all the assistance. Breakfast is good, only when you can dine in. The take away bag was not great, only with packaged bread and green apple and can juice and cookies.

The location was excellent - buses right outside the hotel and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was bit dated - did not look like the pictures, but we spent most of the day visiting Rome. I would use this location again.

The hotel is greatly air conditioned and the staff are very friendly. It is very clean but I was in room 105 and the spa bath doesn’t work which is quite disappointing.

The property is nice, clean, bathroom looks good The minus is the noise, if you have the bad luck to get a room facing the train lines.

When I checked in the first day, I called because my air conditioner was not working I called the front desk and talked to Jane she sent someone when he came he said it’s broke and will be back. A hour went by and no one came back. I called the front desk and talk to Jane again she said she would send someone again. I waited another hour and no one came I went down to the front desk talked to Jane again stated she called my room looking for me which I was sitting in a hot room for two hours and the phone never rang. She told me their was nothing she could do about my air conditioning. I began to get out rate and demanded another room she initially told me no but another hostess talked to her in Italian and Jane said their was another room available.

Great property, very clean, very nice, but terrible location if you're a tourist. The major sites are not close, but neither is the nearest train station or many restaurants.
