Encanto Acapulco

The place is amazing, incredible views, the friendly staff and service are great and the food was great... I would definitely come back any time soon .. I think it’s the best Hotel in Acapulco, five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can’t day enough good things about this property. The architecture and grounds are beautiful. Thr staff is amazing. And the onsite restaurant was a nice surprise. But the Spa and staff were the stars of our stay.

Luxury is privacy, cool stylish designed space, incredible rooms ( in my case a Pool Villa ) attentive service, incredible food & wine and all with an incredible view - Encanto Acapulco has it all. I have had the privilege and pleasure of travelling to some of the best hotels all over the world - so my standards are exceptionally high - Encanto Hotel was Magical.

Our stay was excellent, very clean and well maintained property. Staff was very friendly and most of the staff spoke English. We really really loved our suite with a private pool. Amazing property very small and private.

Everything was great! Perhaps a better beach club would help.

The staff is very friendly. It has incredible views to Acapulco's bays. The room is very spacious and clean. The pool area is very neat and welcoming.
