Eventhough hotels.com information said the hotel had a parking lot (without valet), that is not true. The parking lot the hotel staff send you to is a public one, and about 6 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The hotel does not have an elevator and the bathroom shower is poorly positioned, which causes the whole bathroom to flood, when you take a quick shower. Breakfast could be better also...

Property needs to be renovated. Carpet is thread bare in many places. Terrible tub shower water goes all over the floor. Room was quite small. The property is old and feels old. Breakfast was OK - nothing hot. Service from staff was also OK. It is in a very good location. Overpriced for the quality of the facilities. Would not stay again.

We were treated to an upgrade when we checked in and had the most amazing room! We unfortunately were only staying one night but we seriously considered trying to move our trip around to stay longer. We're already talking about when we can come back!

It was very hot when we arrived and the room air conditioning actually worked vey well, not always the case for a/c in Europe.

Excellent property!! LOVED LOVED loved it!! It was extremely cozy, beautiful building and the interior design was BEAUTIFUL! Douchan and David were absolutely incredible! They were so kind, patient and helpful and very friendly with us, we felt at home. The location was excellent! We also loved the free snacks available at the hotel 24/7 such as fruits, chips, and sweets. The room was also GORGEOUS! Highly recommend!! =)

This hotel is a gem in a perfect location for exploring the old part of Ljubljana. The service was beyond excellent. The breakfast was extensive with eggs and coffee made to order. We loved this hotel.

A small boutique hotel that would be 5 stars if it had more rooms and elevators. Very nice staff and wonderful breakfast. Definitely worth a return visit.

I don’t like the fact that we booked a double bed which turned out to be two single beds pushed together. Although they moved us to another room accordingly, we found that the bed coverings were singles rather than a double for two people. Why would you wish to separate people sleeping in the same bed together?!
