Bric Hotel & Spa

I loved it here! Great service, great friendly people and so close to 5th ave and mamitas beach. I will defintely recomment it to friends and most likely come again!! Thank You!

Great little boutique hotel. Very quiet and clean. Maria makes the most delicious breakfast.

The only thing that it didn’t work for us is that we didn’t have wifi connection in our room (room 20, ground level) . We had to go out to the patio to get internet and it wasn’t that great anyways. I wanted to FaceTime with my kids at night before they went to bed and since I had to go out on the patio to be able to get wifi, the security guard didn’t aloud me to be talking outside to not disturb others. If we had wifi in the room we wouldn’t had to disturb others, so there was nights I couldn’t FaceTime to my kids which it was important to me and that was frustrating! Other then that is a nice affordable little place.

Staying at The Bric Hotel & Spa was a fantastic experience. The staff is incredible - helpful, friendly, attentive. The room and hotel is exactly as the photos reflect on this site. Clean & comfortable. The location is great for walkability to everywhere. The only "grrr" part was that we go to bed very early and there is a bar close by that had loud music until 1-2am every night. I was able to drown it out with earplugs and the A/C turned on for white noise. It is part of the PDC vibe of the area so definitely not understandable. It was "tolerable" and definitely wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

This is my 3rd stay at the BRIC hotel in Playa del Carmen. The rooms are very nice and most of all, the ENTIRE staff is extremely nice.
