This property is stunning and feels like a million pound room. So much thought has gone into the design of the room and the amenities. Can’t recommend highly enough for timeless memories.

Staff is amazing and super helpful. Location is stunning and I can’t say enough about how great the “in love” room was. I irked me was I booked the in love room but had to change the dates due to travel restrictions during my first leg from Chicago to Phuket (had a stay in Doha planned). When I reached out to Expedia they were able to get my dates changed for free but downgraded my room saying it’s not available. When I talked to the hotel they said yes it is and we can upgrade you for extra money but Expedia only booked it you for the downgrade. Not sure what happened but I had to pay extra when I Did not need to.

Stay here, even for one night!

Definitely the best place we stayed in Thailand and we only stayed one night. The sea view room is spectacular, the room and the view are even better than the pictures. Service and staff are excellent. They prepared a towel swan and decorated the bed for our honeymoon. Its close to Patong but far from Phuket Old Town and the airport. For travellers on a budget it is quite expensive but well worth it, stay here if you can, even if just for one night!

Rooms were very clean and well kept. The staff goes above and beyond to help guests with whatever they need. The property is far enough from the crowds for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach was clean and not crowded at all even though its a public beach. Several restaurant options between The Shore and its sister hotel Katathani. A few other restaurants on the street were pretty good and cheap. A buggy is used to move guests between their room and the lobby/spa and also to Katathani. The only con is that the hotel does not have sun loungers on the beach and no food/beverage service on the beach. They have sun loungers a bit further down the beach that are from a third party and go for 100 baht for the day. Overall, a wonderful hotel and i highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

良いのは景色だけ。朝食のルームサービスでコーヒーを注文した時、スタッフが部屋にある使用済みのカップをシンクで洗剤無しで素手で洗いコーヒーを注いだ。スタッフに注意したが、翌日も同じように綺麗なカップを持参せず、使用済みのカップを部屋のシンクで手洗いしていた。コロナのこともあるので非常に心配だ。

This must be the best hotel in Phuket!

This was our 1st holiday in 2 years so we wanted to do something special. The Shore hit every point you could wish for. Check in was was fast and personal, the buggy staff are fantastic whizzing you around the resort and neighbouring resorts. We stayed in room 8914, this is an In Love villa, the main difference being is these are more secluded and quiet. This was perfect for us. We were high up the hill just below the wedding chapel which gave you a good workout walking back from the pool/beach. The room had uninterrupted views of the sea which lead seamlessly from the infinity pool. The room it’s self was in excellent condition along with the outside furniture, I would say the photos on the website do not do the room justice. It actually feels twice as large as the photos suggest. We could not have been happier. You have to do the in pool breakfast, we did this a few times, the pride and care this is delivered with is absolutely fantastic. The restaurant’s are very good, we did eat here a few times and were never disappointed. The lunch time menu is great along with the breakfast offering is top notch too. One thing that is consistent throughout is excellent service from all the staff. Our favourite place is the pool beach. Where else can you have your own pool and beach with no one else around. Simply sublime.

Didn’t live up to expectations

First impression was amazing. The rooms are huge and the view gorgeous. However the rest of the experience did not live up to this standard. The service was quite poor. The people answering the phone for room service had no idea what we wanted every time we called. Breakfast standard was very low and breakfast / room service was delivered cold and took a long time. Going to the restaurant for breakfast, many of the options are empty and don’t get replenished quickly. Our room was touted as an ‘upgrade’ however the sun lounger and pool were in complete shade. We did not know this was going to be from the pictures which always shows a sunny pool and lounger, even mountain view rooms. It seems like 50/50 whether you get a sunny one or not. To be honest I don’t see the point in having a private sun lounger that never gets sun. The room and pool often felt cold as a result. All of this left us feeling ripped off. There’s no way to justify the price considering these issues. It’s fair to say my expectations were very high coming to this hotel, but it was a long way off meeting them. Maybe for 1-2 days you won’t mind the shade and poor service but we feel we wasted our money staying for a week.
