We had a few problems at the arrival! Key was not opening the door and room with no good view from the window to outside! I know we are facing a global pandemic, but I didn’t like the way they served breakfast (we couldn’t get what we want, they served us)! The problem with the room and view was fixed right away with a better room, the problem with the key was also solved! The location was nice, it was just across the street from RUA TORRA and walking distance from main streets! They charge from BRL 30 to 35 for parking!

People were very friendly!!! Victor bartender/waiter at the steak and Italian restaurant was so nice to us!! Always had a smile on his face and great customer service!!

Good hotel...But

Good hotel but had to change rooms because you can hear alot of noise through walls. Hotel would only change to same category room. Made us feel like we werent a good customer just one getting a cheaper room even though rooms were expensive

Fabulous luxurious hotel! Great for kids!

We had a fabulous 8-day stay at Wish Serrano Resort. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The staff is always attentive to the guest's needs and promptly accommodated all my requests. It was my B-Day when we checked in, so there was a box of fine chocolate with a very nice birthday card. Fantastic pools! We loved the indoor/ heated one. The restaurants(4) are great and breakfast(included) is delicious with a wide variety of food, serving even gluten-free cakes and breads. Now the best part: there is a state-of-the- art kids playroom with several monitors, so children 5yrs and up can stay there with monitors from 8am-10pm at no charge! My 10 year old son didn't want to leave the playroom and it was a hard task to convince him to explore Gramado with me. There is a tennis court, so monitors play tennis with kids too, besides playing cards, board games, doing artwork, etc. Can't wait to go back to Wish Serrano! Thank you!
