Hyatt Place Seattle Downtown

My stay was great. About 2 blocks to the Space Needle which is a popular Seattle attraction. Also walking distance to malls and shopping downtown and the waterfront. Staff was great and accommodated all my needs.

We had an amazing family experience it was my first time in Seattle and at first I was worried about COVID 19 and the risk of that but the staff made it feel very welcoming and we had an amazing experience all together.

The front desk agent was amazing. Helped me find a place to eat, put me in the perfect room with a great view, couldn't be happier with my stay. Thank you for being so welcoming.

The area was a breath of fresh air after staying in Portland the night before. I had a great view of the Space Needle & Pike Place was a short walk from my room. Lots to look at & good dining options considering all the Covid closures. Even ordered a coffee from the original Starbucks location!

Close to all the shopping centers and restaurants :)

Very clean property, staff always wearing mask and cleaning highly touched areas. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Hotel is walking distance from downtown.

Other than the Space Needle there’s not much to look at.

The front desk workers were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the view was great.

The room was not clean there was splashed liquid on the lower wall by the bed, under the bed was complete filth trash and beer cans the bathroom shower rod was falling apart the toilet paper rode was falling apart. Also they would only attend to clean the room once out of out while stay and even that one pillow was dirty and two towels were dirty obit seemed they used the ones we already used and just tidied the room without new clean items and the elevators were not working correctly the whole visit including the room keys
