המלון מדהים, אמנם יקר יחסית אבל שווה כל שקל!

เลือกมาพักเพราะอ่านจากรีวิวมาว่าวิวดี บริการดี มีบาร์ดี อาหารอร่อย .... แต่สิ่งที่เจอคือความไม่พร้อมจะให้บริการลูกค้าในทุกด้าน พนักงานไม่พร้อมที่จะบริการ ไม่มีการอธิบาย คำแนะนำที่เหมาะสมในการเข้าพัก พื้นห้องพักไม่สะอาด มินิบาร์ถูกเอาออกหมด บริเวณ pool bar ที่นั่งชมพระอาทิตย์ตก ไม่มีการตั้งเบาะ/หมอน อย่างในรูปที่รีวิว บาร์ปิด อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบสั่ง ดูเหมือนมีหลายอย่าง แต่จริงมีเพียงข้าว แป้ง ไข่ ผลไม้ แทบไม่มีเนื้อสัตว์.... ส่วนที่ดีคือการออกแบบที่พัก ห้องพัก และบรรยากาศโดยรอบได้ดีสวยงาม อยู่ริมหาดเห็นพระอาทิตย์ตก มีเรือคายัค paddle board ให้เล่นฟรี......เท่าที่สังเกตดูก้อมีลูกค้าหลายกลุ่ม น่าจะเกือบสิบห้อง ในสถานการณ์โควิดแบบนี้ ก้อยังดีกว่าหลายแห่งที่ไม่มีลูกค้าเลย ถึงแม้จะอยู่ในภาวะยากลำบาก แต่หากบริหารจัดการให้ดี ก้อยังสามารถประหยัดค่าใช้จ่าย สร้างรายได้ และสร้างความประทับใจให้ลูกค้าชาวไทยได้ เพราะคนไทยเองส่วนนึงที่ไม่สามารถเดินทางท่องเที่ยวต่างประเทศได้ ก้อต้องมาท่องเที่ยวในประเทศแทน แต่หากบริการแบบนี้ คงยากที่จะทำให้ลูกค้ากลับมาใช้บริการอีก

all staff here serve the customer with spirit service (look at my eye, smile , say "Sawadee Kha'" ) and very active to respond to my questions/requests. Place and room are good for relaxing and for Holliday

We were there just when the covid-19 was happening but the staff couldn’t of been more helpful to us. As we got isolated to the resort the staff went out of the way to do things for us and make our stay as enjoyable as it possibly could be. From setting up a special dinner down at the beach to just always making sure we had all we needed.

Good hotel for companies and parties

The hotel is pretty good. We like territory of the hotel. Nice service. outstanding views. As a big minus Is the cousin of the hotel. Everything is not delicious. Need to find somewhere to eat or food delivery. The furniture and the rooms need to be renovate. The beach is too small(((

Amazing views but blant food

The location is very secluded for those who just want a relaxing trip and the views are amazing. Everything looked amazing but the food nightmare started on the same night I ordered a noodle soup but got fusili pasta instead. I tried telling to the waiter but he didn't understand and I was to hungry to complain even further. I tried to tell in the reciption next morning everything I got was "Thank you for telling us, sorry" no discount or refund... Then we tried ordering things from the menu one night but the kitchen said that there was a new menu and tried telling us over the phone what was available but we wanted to new menu so the connected us to the reception that came with the old menu so we called again after the new menu and the connected us to the reception again that said we needed to talk to the kitchen after waiting 2 hours we called again and wanted to talk to a manager because they seemed just to understand simple English (not the service staff fault so I won't write down their names) but they just came with the old menu again so we were so tired of this and went to another restaurant called orion nearby that was amazing. They should focus on getting better food service rather than scolding the staff in front of the guest just because a table was put in the wrong way? And they offered oss sparkling water for dinner and when the bill came is was 320 bhat? Unacceptable don't offer water and then bill it.

Lovely hotel in quiet area of Ko Samui

We had great stay, large comfortable room with all needed facilities and great AC Lovely long pool in house guest only area Tranquil by night and busy by day general pool area Lovely beach and clean sea - very quiet Excellent breakfast and super restaurant - food was delicious and cocktails even better!
