Homewood Suites by Hilton Cedar Rapids-North

Front desk was very easy to work with. Very nice people. very good rep for the Hilton. Except for the lipstick stain on the comforter. the rooms were in very good shape.

Excellent property. Disappointed hot tub was closed but that was because of Covid. Our coffeemaker was missing the tray for the coffee pods and we were missing silverware, but Would definitely recommend people staying here. The lady at check in was absolutely wonderful!

Homewood Suites--Cedar Rapids North was a wonderful stay. Rooms are clean and very spacious!! Rooms allow you to relax and enjoy your stay and the front desk/management is wonderful and very helpful. We will certainly look to stay at Homewood Suites again!

This is not a typical Homewood Suites, with the exception of the desk staff. The hotel lobby had a rickety couch and the carpet is badly stained. The shower though functional is outdated. They let their employees smoke on the outside patio, which makes it virtually unusable for guest. It would have functioned as a good place to sleep, but I could hear a sound on the other side of the headboard every time the elevator went up or down. I have stayed in Homewood Suites hotels before and came in with great expectations and was disappointed. Not what I am used too. Maybe it will get better after a full recovery from the Derecho storm, but I will not be returning anytime soon.

Hotel is showing age, not being kept up too well. Hotel is not offering hot breakfast, so rates should reflect it. I understand the Covid changes, but other hotel lines are making modifications that still cater to their guests, this one is not.

It was my first time staying here and I was very impressed with the service, how clean the room was and just generally, the value I received for the money I spent on the room. The only negative I can even think of is that the elevator was older and functioned more slowly than elevators at other hotels I have stayed at. Though I will say when I travel to Cedar Rapids the next time, it is extremely likely I will book at Homewood again. Once I find a good hotel in a city, I tend to just stick with what I know I can rely on based on past experience. Thanks for the positive experience and I look forward to my next stay at your hotel.
