Hotel Villas El Parque

Room suffering from neglect. Everything a bit worn and run down. Smells musty. Bathroom screens frayed and torn. Peeling paint, crooked cupboard doors. No instructions or welcome sheet on how to use anything or contact front desk etc. Swarms of mosquitoes but no screens on any of the bedroom windows, so you have to sleep with everything closed. Still had mosquitoes in room. Should provide a mosquito coil for the balcony to make it usable in the evening. Balcony with hammock is nice during the day.

I was disappointed on my arrival there was no one at the reception office. There was no phone number to call a manager or owner. Finally we had someone let us in to our room after several conversations with Hotol.com and security. When it was time to check-out and leave the keys at the receptionist the office was still closed. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

I loved this hotel. We had an amazing ocean view from our balcony. The balcony was also spacious with a hammock and a big table. I could have stayed here longer.

Great location and beautiful view from the balcony. The room met our needs, but it could have used a little TLC.
