Old property in an up market and quiet area. Staff are great, room size ok, cold showers almost every day of 7 day stay. Easy bus service into Centro (629) . Good wifi. Restaurant tasty food and cheap. Once renovated this place will be very popular.

Local area is great, service I think one of the best and good housekeeping but hotel is under renovation and I was moved to 3 different rooms , they must notify on web site this condition

hotel was in bad condition, staff was great except for one of the front desk girls was rude to my mother, food was outstanding!!

Terrible disappointed with Expedia!! At check in time, I was informed that I had an economy room, which meant : NO AIR CONDITIONING!! Their explanation was that this was what Expedia sent. Well, unfortunately Expedia doesn’t tell you that there are 5 different categories to choose from. The manager contacted Expedia and Iwas told to cancel the reservation and they would look for another hotel!! This was totally unacceptable as who in their right mind after traveling all day would go somewhere else? The hotel itself is nice, very clean and the staff is incredible helpful. Thumbs up to manager Joaquin and Chuy. The restaurant is also veryyyy nice.

Great area to stay, several amenities at walking distance. Room needed an update, AC not working properly and floors not to clean. lack of Toiletries .

Bien ubicado y con estacionamiento, cumple con lo necesario siendo una opción económica, el personal es amable.

Es bueno, pero antiguo. Les recomiendo renovar mobiliario y alfombras

Tienen una gran atención por parte del personal y muy limpio todo, solamente las almohadas no estaban 100% limpias pues al momento de usar una tenía cabellos de alguien más.

Nos recibieron bien, buen trato y buena disposición ya que éramos un grupo un poco grande.

Nada de nada no lo recomiendo la habitación no se miraba bien limpia y desinfectada
