NH Collection Dresden Altmarkt

Beds uncomfortable, furniture in rooms is terrible and the breakfast buffet is lacking. There is no hotel security and Roma gypsies sit in front of the hotel and follow guests to the ATM as well as film people attending church. A maze to find parking and no bellmen just carts. Bottom line a 3 star hotel at best that appears to have been renovated from an office building.

Its a wonderful hotel, the people who work there are amazing, by far the best hotel ive stayed in.

It was good. Church bells were loud and woke you up.

The hotel is in a superb condition and very conveniently located in the middle of malls and the Christmas market. A short walk away is the open air car park, where you pay 6 Euro for 24 hours, with in and out privileges if you say you are a hotel guest. There is a big church right outside the hotel which chimes for one minute at 7 am. Loud enough to wake you up. I booked a suite for 3 pax, and was given a narrow roll away bed for the third pax which is too small to be comfortable for a grown man. Although we booked a room for 3, housekeeping was not sharp enough to provide amenities for 3 persons ( eg. coffee cups, bedroom slippers etc) . overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Central location and simply perfect!!

Breakfast,, rhe rooms, the hospitality, location in the middle of the city, the parking were all suberb.

The hotel is just a few steps away from Striezelmarkt. Very good location for a family on vacation who wants to experience Europe’s Christmas markets.

Welcome drink and cookie. It was a nice way to start our stay with NH. Overlooking Christmas market, probity to shops and attractions.

Spacious room, spotlessly clean, good towels and linens, excellent breakfast.
