Decent hotel . Close to local shops and bit noisy.

Was over priced without any warning, would strongly avoid this hostel at all cost unless you want to lose your 100 euto deposit for a little or no reason.

My boyfriend and I stayed here, and had the nicest time! Fernanda, the owner, and her daughter were incredible! I highly recommend staying here. The rooms and balconies are great.

Decent hotel for your $$, no reception after 8pm or before 9am, room was very clean, nice balcony but not really air conditioning. Also no elevator, can be a little noisy at night. And no toiletries, not terrible but not enough to want to re-visit.

I've been there 2 nights with my partner. We don't smoke and don't drink. Left room 4 am cos we had a early morning flight. Left room clean,tidy. How surprised I've been when I find out on my cc bill that they charged me extra 20 euro. Called them and nobody speak English. So next day my friend call them again,he is Spanish and they says that we left towel on the bed!!!! Nothing just scam. We been robbed 20 euro. Find out few people in EU which been treated the same way. Not recommended at all

Dear all, If you want an accommodation where you would like to be disturbed by the cleaning lady then this is the place. The administrator, Fernanda, is very much hungry for money, you will smell that easily from the beginning- so, either if it has to do with money for the towels that they can`t manage to clean she says or the heaters consuming her energy or something else, just be prepared for her to take some money out of your room deposit. The area is close to the beach and good for having fun if you are after that, instead if you want a beautiful environment and a quiet one, you can find better on the island. In regards to comfort, I had a room where the door wouldn`t close but overall it was good for the money I paid and what they offer. But if I were to go again to Mallorca I would definitely try something else and pay more attention to the reviews.

Comment décrire cet établissement puisque ce n'est ni un hôtel ni un hostel? commençons par le début: ils vous bombardent de messages sur votre whatsapp perso pour dire à chaque fois la même chose sur les horaires d'entrée et vous signalez bien sur des frais supplémentaires en dehors des petites 5 heures d'enregistrement sur toute la journée! Après c'est vrai que des mesures de désinfection à l'entrée sont faites mais une fois installé dans la chambre vous ne trouverez meme pas un bout de savon pour vous lavez les mains, je me demande donc sur l'utilité de ces mesures d'entré en absence de produits nettoyage basique en plein pandémie?!! Après je veux bien signaler que la réceptionniste est incroyablement désagréable tout comme ce qui se passe dans cet "hôtel", elle ne parle que des sanctions si vous faites ça, y'aura ça à payer ect.. Ils traitent les clients qu'avec des menaces et tout commence quand ils vous bloquent les 100€ de caution à votre entrée, et puis c'est le traçage de tout ce que vous faites et les menaces que vous allez payer qui sont affichés partout dans cet établissement. Pour l'anecdote, j'ai fini par laver moi même les serviettes tellement j'ai senti l'arnaque arrivée sur ma caution!! je trouve ça inadmissible pendant les vacances! Bref, le séjour est une mésaventure : bruit, manque d'équipement basique et personnel intrusif. Je déconseille. Seul point positif: l'emplacement.
