The room was very basic with very few amenities. There wasn't even a wardrobe! The bathroom was tiny and very basic. The hotel didn't even serve breakfast. I had a miserable and uncomfortable stay and would never return here in future.

So close to the train, bus and tram stops and plenty of bars, restuarants nearby. Only a short walk as well to the lake.

Good but tiny

Pleasant hotel close to transport. Very easy to get around located opposite Geneva central train station. They gave us free city transport cards for tram bus and rail which was very useful. The room was very small, the smallest room ever I've stayed in. Only suitable for single person not couple. They may have bigger rooms.

Restful stay in downtown Geneva!

The stay was great. Clean hotel in downtown Geneva, the weather was fabulous! Noisy area just near the train stations. I loved it though! However, I missed many amenities that we take for granted in a US hotel room: no fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, I had to buy one! Telephone was defective, I could never get through the reception desk, got a busy signal every time, Ophelia the housekeeper was great, I left a little something for her, I hope she got it. Overall stay was great, clean room.

Good location

Room and bathroom is in good condition. Everything worked except for the heating/air on. Room was hot at night and couldn’t leave window open as it was noisy with road facing. Did not have the most welcoming experience with staff. They said no to both early check in and late check out. I was told o email that check out is 10an and when I spoke to reception, it was 11am. Good hotel otherwise if you compromise on service.

Wonderful stay in a super location

Super hotel in an excellent location. Across the street from the train station and about 15 min walk to the old town. Spotlessly clean, free hot drinks and free travel pass for the duration of your stay. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Can't recommend highly enough.

Water had a weird smell, kind of like an egg smell. Otherwise it was a perfect hotel for a week vacation. Near the train and metro station to make getting around easy and everything you need for a room. Breakfast was good too.

Very clean, friendly staff , great coffee machine 24/7. Awesome location, central AC was great comfortable bed.
