The good things close to the shopping mall but the hotel itself air-condition inside the room not working properly its warm and very noisy

The location of the property is centrally located. The staff at reception are helpful. The room was dusty so I reported it to reception. The breakfast was disappointing and the pastries over baked.

Hotel was in a good location of the old port. Room was comfy. Bathroom was a little dirty especially in the shower area but nothing too bad. Did not stay long as we were on the move

Excellent location, especially for access to the cruise terminals

Location was not what I thought; and staff made it worse; could not care less if you did not speak French; front desk girls (really young) barely spoke English. Not hotel for unadventurous; clean etc, but breakfast overpriced. People were nice but area is still improving; close to metro, tram, and walking distance to downtown. Won't stay there again; not American service oriented at all.

Great hotel, quiet rooms, easy to sleep, fabulous breakfast, helpful and efficient staff! Tram stop 50m away and two shopping centres within 100m one based in old warehouses and the other with terraces overlooking the ferry port.

Great spacious room and bathroom. Good size bed and great pillows

Very basic hotel, room facilities weren't great no tea mking facilities and in this day and age to only allow one internet connection per room is archaic !

Good location for my business
