Here they charge you in advance the total cost of the stay. If during your stay there is at least one holiday, you cannot cancel the reservation and you are not entitled to a refund. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I had to cancel my 12-day reservation, but due to a holiday, I was not reimbursed a penny. I lost $ 1,771.38. Be careful! These people don't care about your health. They just want your money.

Super friendly, clean, nice location pretty close to Mass Ave area. Would stay there again. I accidentally booked for the wrong night and when I showed up a day early they were super accommodating.

The location is an easy drive to downtown. The home has lots of character, and the room was lovely. Bed was not very comfy. Breakfast on weekdays is an average continental, similar to a chain hotel. The innkeeper cooks breakfast on weekends, and she is a great cook!

Always a great place to stay. Clean quiet and comfortable.

The staff is eagar to help in anyway necessary. The hot breakfast is filling with lots of continal items to choose from.

What a sweet place to stay!! Loved having the choice of having breakfast with the other guests. Quiche was delicious. Great atmosphere! Warm and inviting manager! The room was spotless and I had no problems. I even recommended it to my Lyft driver for her wedding guests.
