Riverview Inn & Suites

When we arrived there was no towels, soap, or toiletries at all!! The toilet base had not been cleaned!! There was no coffee maker in the room!! We had to ask for everything because they had not left anything in the room!!!

Little dated In room but clean. Bed slept well and felt clean. Only one washcloth in bathroom. No conditioner for hair. Dent in floor in bathroom. The bathroom door was old and you could tell a mirror had hung on it. Overall room clean and good for fairly reasonable rate. There was a mini frig and microwave. No compensation for advertised continental breakfast due to Covid. Have had bagged substitution opportunities at other hotels. Overall not bad.

This hotel is not one that I would stay at again. The bathroom was my biggest complaint. It was dirty. It even had someone else’s hair in the floor. The rest of the room was not great but would be ok for a cheap hotel. However this was not what I considered a cheap stay bit was over $100 a night including tax. I didn’t hate the bed but my husband did. I’ve had worse at much nicer hotels but I used to travel weekly for work. The parking lot is too small and I was very worried about my car getting hit or stolen. It isn’t a nice area. The back opened to a view of the river but we were on the nasty end and it looked more like a swamp.

The shower head had no handle on it. Water set at scalding. Could not take a shower. When I alerted the desk clerk, the answer I received was “OK”. No action taken. No offer to change rooms. No discount. Nothing.

The room we booked on Expedia was a smoking and double bed. When we got there the room was jot not available so the gave us a non smoking room and an ash tray. It had spiders. The baseboards looked like it had been flooded at one time. The toilet chain came off and it was 2 days and still was not fixed . They gave us another room after there were check outs to a king bed and a smokjng room. Wont return to this hotel

Over all room was somewhat clean place was quiet and not busy but we're very pushy about being out of the room by 11 it was 10 and they called the room and asked when I was leaving and reminded me check out was 11 made me feel as though they didn't want me there.

Worst place i have ever stayed at, especially for the money i spent, felt lile i was in a drug infested Hollywood movie hotel, the furniture was all busted up ,was nasty floors , the white towels were staind, pee stain on my sheets, the beds were boxes,. And toilet was leaking water on floor and didnt always flush .

Quiet, comfortable. Older hotel but very nice

Everyone was friendly - hotel is older and could use some updating but it was quiet while still being close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. Couldn’t beat the price.

The room we stayed in was not cleaned very well, there was hair and other debris all over the floor. The room smelt very badly and had a hint of cigarette odor. In addition, the door to the back that overlooks the river appeared to have had someone try to break in. Neither my husband or myself slept much through the night because we were on edge wondering if someone was going to break in. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through.
