Heeton Concept Hotel City Centre Liverpool

The check-in process was very simple and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful! Tea and coffee facilities which you can ask for extras at the reception desk.

Really nice and conveint for all Liverpool has to offer, the docks, shops and bars all on the door step, modern and spacious rooms, bed a little hard for my liking.

Room was good. Heating did not work evan though zero tempretures outside. Freezing cold. Fixed twice. One hour then stopped working. My room was given to someone else as they came into my room why i was resting. They did not book me in when i checked in.

Very nice hotel just what we were looking for fantastic price, very clean, nice big room, very comfy bed, great shower power We would go back, in fact my fella didnt want leave

Good budget hotel if you’re looking for somewhere central to stay and explore Liverpool. Decent for the price but you can hear through walls other people’s rooms and the corridors.

Great value, great location, friendly staff

Room was basic and not as clean and modern as shown on the pics..however it was just somewhere to sleep for a trip to liverpool so not much time actually spent in the room.. we left early morning to go out for the day and hung the card on the door to let them know to clean the room, leave fresh towels etc.. got back late and room hadnt been cleaned..bins still full.. staff were super friendly and helpful..location is central..bed was really hard.. so if you want to know what itl be like in your coffin ⚰ this is the place to stay..but after too many gins you forget about it.. stayed in much better places in liverpool so i will be sticking to what i know for planned future trips..

Staff really polite & helpful. Hotel was clean & felt safe with COVID.

The staff were freindly. Was clean and big rooms. Only issue is the rooms are freezing and the heating system does not pump out enough air to warm up the rooms.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room very roomy. Ideally situated. Next door to James street station. Close to Albert docks. Would definitely recommend.
