Our stay at Villa Del Palmar was amazing. We loved the ambiance and overall vibe of the place. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and kind. The food was amazing. We loved all of the hot tubs and pools and the fact that the beach was right down on the property. We loved that we could access everything we needed from the property (COViD testing, booking day trips/excursions, shopping, etc). We will definitely be back again! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Villa left a lasting impression on us. We will be sharing this information with family and friends as well. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

I was already staying at the oroperty prior to my expedia reservation. And i feel i was placed in one of their worst rooms. I understand i had oceanview but gardenview should have nothing to do with whats inside room. Also they had no idea what i was talking about when i mentioned the $60 credit.

Schedule ahead of your trip to get a reservation at the resort dining options. Don't go on the sales pitch tour. Just enjoy the stay. Those are the only downers about this place.

Great stay. We had the all inclusive package and really enjoyed the food options, drinks, pools, and the beautiful beach. We wish there was a swim up bar, but this this was supplemented by the wait staff providing food and drinks to individuals on the beach and in pools. The location was beautiful and very convenient to hop on the ferry or to book a sailboat excursion to Isla Mujeres. It was a little weird to have to sign checks each time we ordered drinks or food since it was all inclusive it was a little confusing. All-in-all not a difficult process though. My sister’s room was missing the hammock and we had to ask many times to get one (all rooms have them). They finally got one the second to last day and were able to enjoy some relaxation on the balcony. Enough cannot be said about how wonderful, pleasant, and attentive the staff was throughout the property. We have been to a few resorts around Mexico over the years and we have never had such great service. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation!

It’s has all the conveniences from home in a beautiful beachfront resort. The rooms have a well designed kitchen and living room. I specially like the Murphy bed in the living room, it’s ideal for the kids. The gym is very comfortable and spacious. Overall modern and convenient facilities. It’s located far away from busy Cancun downtown and next door to the maritime port with more than one option of vessels, that will take you to Isla Mujeres on a day trip or longer.

Very beautiful resort. The pool closest to early. I wish it closes at 9 PM. Night swimming is a wonderful activity.

I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have the king size available like it was in the reservation and I had to pay extra to get one.
