Sugar Loaf Lodge

Great place to stay whether its with friends or family or any occasion. The place is very clean and the staff is was great, helpful, friendly, kind. Our initial thoughts when we rented for the one night was just to crash and go back home the next day. But after this stay i would definitely go back for a longer time. The only negative thing are the mosquitos by the pool area and the bay. Fishing is allowed (good catch when theres full moon) the pool has a heater. The rooms are very spacious and have balcony.

Lady at front desk was so helpful and friendly !!! Even tho this is an older hotel it was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed all the iguanas and being able to see the water from our room. I will definitely stay here again!

people was nice but rooms had many little bugs walking on the ceiling and the walls, and some of them on the beds, it wasn't nice for us. Go at your own peril. We left on Saturday instead of Sunday.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Bed was ok and no trouble sleeping. The view from our room was amazing. The tiki bar was nice and attached to the hotel. So was the small marina. There was a flat screen tv on the wall, but we never turned it on. The only problem was the power socket by the beds was faulty. So we had to move a bed across the room to use another plug for dad's cpap machine.
