Nice hotel, service not so much

The hotel is lovely and the location is amazing. We arrived at 3:30 and checkiin was at 3. Our room was not ready and we were asked to wait in the bar or outside on the terrace. Two people forgot us and we finally got into our room at 4:30.

Just in front of the ocean, nice place could need some upgrades A/c was not working properly, we just open the doors and was fine There is not to much around unless you have a car I found it to expensive for what it is

Classy hotel, immaculate, fantastic location

Good enough for kings, right on the beach, unbelievable view, modern accommodation, clean and classy. Jacuzzi hours limited (why), closed at 8 pm. Parking plenty. Small and quiet vacation resort kinda town. Expensive to stay but worth it.

Delightful hotel with wonderful service

Delightful hotel with wonderful service. Everything was easy and pleasant. Sea views and fresh air are unparalleled. Be aware though, if you travel off season, there are few open restaurants in the area. The hotel restaurants were open and we found a delicious little doner kebab place about a mile down road.

Great Rooms/Fantastic Beach

There is nothing French about this hotel....large modern rooms with separate WC plus double vanities and a bathtub. We visited at the end of their peak season so the hotel was not full. It seemed to be popular because of its spa although we did not use their services it looked nice. The beach had nice soft sand and was clean. The mediterranean was fantastic for swimming. They had a good continental breakfast with eggs made to order. The dinner menu however was limited but was still tasty by North American standards. Most of the staff spoke some english but when you left the hotel there were fewer english speaking people. This area is less touristy then the Nice/Cannes side of the mediterranean in France and is mostly occupied by retired people. There are restaurants and cafes within short walking distance.

A good place to stay

Beautifull View from the room, mostly quiet. SPA treatment wondefull. Didn't use the pools. Most of the time, the hotel is fully booked. Sometime, the restaurant is full too. You have to make a reservation before or wait 9 pm to eat. But the food is very good. About the showers in the bathroom, the water can turn from very hot to very cold every minute. So it's better to take a bath. No pay per view movie. No much channels interesting. Hight speed internet. No iron. Just a very small soap given. Staff would do everything they can to assist you. Very kind. For someone who project to stay some days in the area of Perpignan, the Flamants Roses is probably the best. If I woukd have to return to Canet Le Roussillon, I would definitively choose the Flamants Roses for the view.

Good get-away for a weekend.

Lovely room with HUGE bed. Good location for walking up and down the boardwalk. Beach within 200 meters from back of hotel. Restaurant very expensive but various other options within walking distance.

Suite vintage très spacieuse avec une belle vu sur la mer. -Accueil pas très agréable. On nous a pas proposé de l’aide pour monter les trois valises le jour quand l’ascenseur était en révision. On nous a refusé la réservation d’une table pour le dîner ,sur la totalité du séjour ,sous prétexte que le restaurant était complet (et uniquement le directeur pouvait trouver une solution). En même temps on pouvait réserver une demi-pension par internet.Probablement un manque de professionnalisme !
