scary

While the room was nice and clean the hall and stairwell are a bit sketchy. I was traveling by myself and did not feel comfortable in the halls. There was always atleast 1 or 2 men in the hall/stairway on their phones. Weird

NOISIEST ROOM EVER! AVOID!

It was NOISY. My room was next to the highway and we couldn’t sleep all night long. We asked the hotel management, hotels.com to change the room or the hotel, nothing happened. 12 hours of trying to find a solution was frustrating. In the end, after 4 hotels.com agents promises to help us, we were left outside of the hotel with no rooms in the dark and the cold. Hotel management was RUDE and hotels.com was totally FAILURE! NEVER stay at this hotel if you want to sleep!

Acceptable hotel not best but not bad either just no elevator so not on first floor means carryibg bags up the stairs

Never again

Upon arrival the front desk person made you feel not very welcome requiring signatures regarding no partying and drug smell etc. quiet times were noted. The owners lived in the hotel and the entire first floor smelled like curry. I had to burn a candle to mask the smell. The ice maker didn’t work. The outside exit was not secure and anyone could access the hotel without a key. The 2 employees I attempted to ask questions didn’t speak English well enough to communicate. I wish hotels.com would signify if they are franchised or privately owned.

It was a great stay. The workers were great and friendly . The rooms were clean and spacious. If your around the neighborhood and want a room i recommend here. Price was great for what i got.

For the broke and extremely tired

This hotel is for the broke and weary, unfortunately. Staff is very friendly, no bad smells, and they do have an ATM and coffee in the lobby, but that's where the normal hospitality ends :( After that it's all downhill, and you get what you pay for, less actually...you better be so tired you don't care where you're putting your head, as long as it's dry :) The hotel floors are actually "spongey", that's how crumbled they are under the cheap, cracking wood vinyl they laid over it, especially in the bathroom. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every single thing in the hallways, rooms, and outside. The sheets smelled clean, but there was hair, we think pet hair, embedded in the sheets and covers. And there were cracks, rust and mold showing in various locations throughout entire room and bathroom. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know, but at the same time it wasn't so bad that I was willing to go through the hassle of finding somewhere else, and losing the $220 I already paid.

No value for the money

Nothing to write home about, location not good, you get to listen to traffic all night long. Nothing to walk to when it came to food. location is beside highways and industrial area.

Check-in area, hallways, carpet, stairs were dated and ugly. But the room was pretty good. Reasonably clean and the king bed was comfortable. Wouldn't want to stay here more than 1 night but for a place to crash after a nearby event, it was acceptable.
