Il Campanario Villagio Resort

The hotel is perfectly located in Jurere, service is great the pool gym etc. are in great shape. It’s a very nice hotel. But it could be much better with less stalinistic rules that take away the good will. I inquired for a late checkout for an hour ( 11am checkout time is stupid and I have never seen this in Brazil ) and I was told you can only ask for that in the morning which kinda defeats the purpose. They have a weird towel card system and if you don’t bring them back they charge you for the really not very luxurious beach towels. So you have to bring them back at the other end of the hotel first. They call you at 10:45 to make sure you really don’t overstay and once you did the checkout you can’t have a drink at the pool anymore since they take away the bracelet and there is no way around it. So basically a great hotel that could benefit greatly from some customer friendlier rules.

No value for money. No expected services for a 4 star hotel.

This hotel one of the best that I stayed around in Floripa. Location is great, Definitely coming back to this hotel everything here was awesome.

Nice location for Juruhe beach. But it took an hour to get checked in and get my room then it took 30 minutes to check out and that was very inconvenient when needing to catch my flight.

The hotel is well-located. Setback from the beach but only a couple minutes walk to a beautiful beach. The pedestrian shopping and restaurant area is right beside the hotel and very convenient. Though a bit noisy at night for rooms on that side of the hotel. The kids club was a bonus - very friendly and energetic staff. The pool area is nice but quite congested and the adult pool is quite cold and therefore generally empty. Property is starting to show some age.

The property was very well kept and very kid friendly. The property was well maintained and is located near a nice shopping area and a very upscale residential neighborhood. The negatives for me were the nearby beach which was nice but extremely crowded in January and the facility was geared more toward families than travelers without kids.

Great spot for a relaxing weekend between business trips in Brazil, or a family or couple holiday to get some sun!
