Pool Port Douglas

Holidaying with three families, and so booked two swim out apartments and requested to have apartments located next/near each other. But when checked-in we were given swim out apartments but located far from each other and swim out to different swimming pools. Was able to negotiate to downgrade to pool view apartment that was located close to the other families’ apartment. Apartments are clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Convenient covered car parking and close on road car park. Location 5mins driving to town. We had a very nice experience. Will definitely come back.

This property was great! Great location, great pool and great staff! Would definitely recommend staying here if you make it up to Port Douglas!

The Pool Resort was amazing. Friendly staff and excellent accommodation. We had the swim out 2 bed which was stylish and extremely comfortable. We will be back and would highly recommend

This was the perfect weekend getaway the pool is easily one of the best I’ve been to. The staff were lovely and accommodating and made our stay very pleasent. I honestly can’t wait to go back.

It is terrable conditions such as dirty linen, towels and floor (dead bugs and hair). Also staff is not really kind. No recommendations for family trip specially with kids.

Great hotel to stay at for adults and children. We had our own private pool over looking the golf course and it was fantastic! Great staff too and fabulous location!
