Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort

Clean, nice pool, staff all good. Only issue was the happy hour sign which was by the restaurant, when is should be be the pool bar

the hotel is very nice. easy access to the beach via their shuttle. the only issue was mosquitos and really bothered for a day or two. they appeared after rain.

Good quality rooms and the pools are amazing. A very relaxing stay at this hotel.

This was a wonderful place to spend a week with our family. Excellent and responsive service. Great swimming pools. Extensive breakfast. Great value. Anything we needed they would help. Even when our little boy was sick and they had a resort Doctor to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was excellent,Gym is on the best condition. Hotel outdoor is very green which makes it comfortable.

Shower head in room and massage room is faulty. Room door will slam once you let go instead of soft closing. All thiese shoild have regular check since this is a reputable hotel. bath tub shower tap is faulty. Had hard time to switch from showet head to tap

I didn’t like my first room with ants everywhere,even on the bed , I didn’t like the air conditioner setup, it’s not on the beach as in pictures, breakfast was very crowded long wait to be seated, sometimes no food in most of the dishes take time to refill, swimming poor scary at the evening , I like the walking distance from the hotel to shops and restaurant, I like the idea of the shuttle to the beach, I like the lobby area nice and clean

Loved the pools, Always plenty of sun or shade and lots of lounge chairs. Staff were always super friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is amazing. A few major problems that completely killed our experience: 1. Airport like security each time you come into the hotel. I was walking back from the beach in my shorts heading to the pool which is just a few steps from the entrance. They would still make me go up the hill, go through the security, than go through the hotel, come down to the ground floor to the pool. Ah, how crazy is that? Give a hand scanner to the guy who kept sending me up. This would make my experience so much better. 2. Everything is crazy expensive! We paid $6 for a plain coffee. Ridiculous. Simple breakfast that you get for free at cheap motels was close to $20 here. Other than these two annoying things, the hotel itself is really good with nice Bali people. Keep in mind that the Courtyard beach was way too far. Once you hit the beach line, you'll need to go all the way to the left end. We tried finding it one the first day with no success. Than just gave up and went to other hotel's beach hoping they would not kick us out :)
