Breakfast was very minimal and cleaning needed to be better to fix sticky floor in bathroom

Fairfield was closed there was a small sign that was hard to see at nite that said the courtyard next door was handling the checkins. Wish we knew ahead of time. Stood at the entrance to fairfield buzzing in the cold til we saw the little sign.

I was booked at the Fairfield, but directed to go to the Courtyard by a sign on the door. My room was clean and comfortable. My problem is that when I asked for my grab and go breakfast at 7:30 AM, I was told that she had “just given out her last bag”. I fail to understand how hard it is to count the number of guests in the hotel and then make sure you provide enough breakfasts. Breakfast was supposed to be included. It’s one of the reasons I chose Marriott. I expected better.

My preferred stay would have been Fairfield Inn. Had to stay at Confort Inn carpet could have been clean. Also sofa dirty won’t stay there again.

Really clean but Fairfield was closed so they sent us next door to Courtyard at Marroitt which what this review is for

Fairfield was closed upon arrival. We had to go in and ask the hotel next door if they had availability and were told our reservation was transferred to that hotel! Would of liked some communication about what was happening. Was told they had breakfast bags for guest and when i went down was told those are only on weekdays! Come on guys. Would only recommend if everywhere else was booked.

Ok the young lady that works the front desk in mornings and midday does a great job couldn’t be a nicer person furthermore, she’s extremely helpful. The housekeeping staff is extremely nice however, getting replacement towels is a headache why I have no idea and honestly it makes now sense. The breakfast is fair for a hotel not great but, not like eating biscuits that taste like bricks. That being said they could do way better in my opinion. The hotel has YouTube and several other app capabilities within the cable that’s provided so that’s a nice plus. The hotel is centrally located so that’s a plus and is on an island to itself so traffic isn’t and issue around the hotel.

Great getaway with my boyfriend even just one night service was great and the room was amazing.
