Room is dirty everywhere, spider web hangaround, it seen not clean ages, AC remote not work, shower handle broken, too many thing broken....

Average. Good only for sleep. But too noisy

The back room faced the rubbish. Not aesthetic. Was difficult to work out how to turn shower. But only the bottom tap worked. So i wanted to take bath but no stopper for the tub. Bit not user friendly. Too noisy people dumping rubbish

With unexpected travel, we checked in late and had to call the person back from home to let us in, but she was very friendly. The room was comfortable, with good water pressure in the shower. Our fridge froze our water bottles, but it was a hot day, so not too bad. The pool was lovely. Everything looks a little old and worn, and the patio could have used a clean, but otherwise a very satisfactory stay and I would be happy to stay here again.

Place was close to the motorway which was good. A bit noisy with the bar across the pool and other guests with loud music. The shower hose appeared broken as shower head could not be titled and so the angle of the shower head caused water to leak on floor.

I paid for a room on line and i didnt see the check-in time which was 9:30pm the latest, i have booked this after 10pm and instead of being directed to the next day for check-in its allowed me to pay for something that i clearly wasnt going to get and nobody answered the phone until 9:30 am the next morning an the 0800 number was disconnected highly disappointed would not recommend this hotel whatsoever
