Bathroom design is unsuitable for family. It is not good for business sharing.

Very spacious rooms with great amenities, love the breakfast and great staff. Special regards to Tony the duty manager, he offered excellent service.

Great hotel. Rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful. Great food. Would definitely use hard rock again.

Check in, front desk people did not speak English. Attitude was not friendly. Asked for a quiet room on a high floor, got a room on a low floor that was extremely loud because of street construction and noise from performances at the mall across the street. Asked again for a quiet room on a high floor, got it. The smell if this hotel is nauseating. The breakfast at this hotel is like a Hampton Inn. I will absolutely never come back to this hotel again as long as I live. Am puzzled by the good reviews for this hotel.

nice, clean, big room. staffs are friendly and helpful . Special thanks to Ms Alice and Mr Rain who assists us during our stay. There is a big shopping mall just opposite the hotel where we can shop and dine.

The only way to tell is you can go visit yourself. I will definitely go back to this hotel its super beautiful clean and great great great location. Breakfast is the best I have had in my last 20 years travelling to China. Nice local food opposite the hotel across the road inside a decent shopping mall. Mission Hill golf is next door so it is perfect for business and pleasure.

It was a Saturday. The signature Hardrock Cafe was closed for biz. Good quality of room service and bar is horrible.

What you might expect at Hard Rock. However the pool is never open, the internet is terribly slow compared to other hotels and the breakfast is so so. But it’s clean, friendly, didn’t have any problems. J be advised it’s about 30-45 minute cab ride from downtown (Futian)

Brand new property. Be sure to have the address in Chinese because most cab drivers don’t know where it is yet. Extremely clean and modern, great service. Nice breakfast (mix of western and Chinese breakfast foods)

Had a great stay here, the breakfast is always great and the staff bend over backwards to help in any way they can. Enjoyed using the gym and rooftop pool to get some exercise and beat jetlag and MH mall is only steps away with lots of restaurants and other entertaining things to keep me busy in the evenings even though I travel solo.
