Very close to the light rail station, convenient, good location, room is spacious

Staff were great and so was the breakfast buffet. Bed and bedding very comfortable and clean.

The hotel is far from the train station. It is also not far from pier. Breakfast is ok for the cost. There are a few convenient stores and many restaurants around as alternative. Sauna, hotbath and gym in the basement are not for many users

Parking garage was filled with bad smell

It rained so we weren’t able to use the facilities but the pool looked great. Quiet and private right outside the reception area. The rooms were good. Nice size and clean. The bathrooms were a little old and dirty in my opinion. The tile needs to be refinished and the shower need a big update.

Great location right by the river and overlooking the new arts industrial area and of course the love river. The hotel was great and professional. The pool was closed and only open during summer, which was a shame as it was nearly 30 degrees, but that's their policy. I would stay again due to the area and closeness to the MRT and Light Rail. We paid extra to have a room on a higher level for a better city view. Was amazing

Spa area very good for relaxing after work.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good location, 10 mins walk to the metro station. Close to shops and restaurants. Pool not big but clean. Pool staff helpful. Strong WiFi. Self-service washing machine a plus.

One of our rooms both assuming they were non smoking smelled of smoke just opening the door...we went directly back down to ask for another room. We were asked to wait while they checked on the fact that what we said was true or not. Waited a good 20 or so minutes before they finally got us a new room... Not very becoming of their hotel rating. Unfortunately, I read a review of this hotel after this situation with this same problem. I guess this is not an important issue for them.
