Fab place to relax in seclusion

Beautiful converted house on top of hill with excellent views out over the city. Peaceful, lovely staff, beautiful modern room with terrace deck and great dining room. I had just one night here and it would be lovely for a longer stay. Afternoon tea looked quite special. I was out and missed it but they were ever so kind and offered if I wanted to catch up and enjoy it the next day after I had checked out. Great service attitude!

Beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional service

Amazing boutique hotel. Beautifully decorated and appointed with outstanding views in all directions. The service was impeccable. Staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and gracious. Front office staff recommended and arranged tours and dinner reservations. Drivers provided transportation for all of our needs and when we returned to Manna Bay, someone was always there to greet us with a smile on his or her face, graciously offering a glass of champagne or home- brewed beer, snacks, etc. The food was outstanding at both breakfast and afternoon tea. This hotel is top notch; a truly special 'home' for anyone's trip to beautiful Cape Town.

Phenomenal!! Best hotel in Cape Town!!

Mannabay was exceptional! It was by far not only a highlight of my trip to Cape Town, but my entire trip to Africa. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home and the level of customer service I received was absolutely fantastic. I can't state enough how highly I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cape Town. Gorgeous hotel, breathtaking views, and the most phenomenal staff I have experienced in my years of travel worldwide. Well done Mannabay!! I will definitely be back!

The best

This is probably the best boutique hotel I've ever stayed in. The art is fabulous and the scenery to die for. I want to return to Cape Town just so I can stay here again.

Almost perfect!

Stay was absolutely memorable with excellent service and the ambiance of the hotel. I love that we felt at home during our stay and they try to give you everything you need. They don't charge for every single thing you request like the big hotels and they give good recommendations on tours and restaurants. Breakfast and high tea were both excellent. Only thing that put us off was they didn't answer emails right away and they forgot to book our transfer going to the airport which is a real shame as our stat was almost perfect.

Hotelaufenthalt wie in einem schönem Privathaus mit tollem Blick über Kapstadt. Sehr aufmerksamer Service und schöner Pool. Das Frühstück ist gut, hatten wir in vergleichbaren Hotels jedoch abwechslungsreicher erlebt. (Bei 4 Übernachtungen jeden Tag identische Wurst- und Käseplatte). Der High Tea am Nachmittag ist grandios und sehr abwechslungsreich.
