Seaside Sandy Beach

The food was excellent, all really well cooked and presented . The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were a little tired but very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Wonderful holiday there. We will definitely be back. Food was exceptional although some protein for vegans would have been good. Gym didn’t have any bosu balls that I saw but was well equipped otherwise. Fabulous proximity tot he beach and the tennis court was in good condition with a felt surface cover in light sand so was forgiving on the knees. Nice room and bed were super comfortable. We tried to use the spa 3 times but there was never anyone there or no answer on the phone so we just went off site to use another spa service closeby. Staff were very good.

Perfect Location For Everything

Great location 5/10 minutes walk from everything.Staff excellent extremely friendly and helpful.Rooms cleaned everyday even if you leave to go out in the afternoon without asking.Buffet dinner was absolutely delicious with great choices. Only downside (not the hotel’s fault) is the type of customer the seem to have are just so ignorant pushing there way in at the buffet and in the corridors,never a thank you for letting someone by or holding a door open. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Near perfect 3 week stay!

Positives: 1) great room update (thanks to hotels.com Gold or emptiness or the hotel?); made me to extend my stay from 1 to 3 weeks. 2) Awesome food, fresh made eggs in morning and fresh grilled meat or fish of your choice for lunch/evening and more than enough of other options for all diets. 3) Awesome facilities including still open heated outdoor pool and dry sauna, tennis, games.. 4) Location - next to beach (sea views!), car/bike rental, supermarket, short walk to Yumbo 5) Cleanliness - reliably perfect everywhere. 6) fast stable wifi, allowed me to work reliably Negatives: Staff often slow, had to ask for service many times. I also got charged for some beverages which I didn't drink, which was not fixed despite my 2 complaints. Still fantastic value and great stay!

Highly recommended value

This place was an overall great experience. I loved that rooms have a separate walk-in closet and additional interior walls from (outside) corridor. Food is amazing. Rooms clean, all facilities cleaned more than daily. Quite an attentive staff. Oriental decor was a great vibe. Evening entertainment not great but far better than comparable hotels in Playa which I also visited.

Wonderful

I loved everything about it, specially the pool area which it was amazing, surrounded by palms, the pool was really clean and sunbeds really comfortable. The room had a great size and pool views. Eveything was looked after to the maximum detail. The staff were really friendly and made you feel like at home. There was many food options to choose from. Maybe the quality in some of the dishes could be a bit better but other than that, it was great. I was not leaving until the evening and they let me stay in my room until then. I understand this is no always possible if they have other guests coming, but it was a great extra offering this time.

Ive been to this hotel many times and it always matches expectations. Things were a little different this time since Gran Canaria went into lock down while I was there. However the staff couldn’t do enough for the guests and made it look like everything was normal. Hats off to all of them.
