Green Hotel

The staff here is incredible when it comes to service and helpfulness. I had two issues that they addressed One was my phone service in Italy and the other was my cigarette lighter adapter. Two things out of the hotel norm and they wouldn’t quit till both were resolved. Also, the restaurant is tops. The chef is excellent and the waiter very prompt and helpful when selecting meals.

The hotel was fine, but I didn't realize how far it was from central Turin, and we had a very early train to catch. The service was excellent as was the food in the restaurant.

The hotel needs modernizing as they have in the rooms 'white' cloth covers for the table and side tables, which are stained and not ironed and just look out dated. The rooms that have doors onto the 'terrace' are nice expect you can't leave the door open for air circulation as there is no chain so the doors are either open or closed, so if the aircon in the room is not working (as was the case in my room) the room can be a bit stuffy. The minibar doesn't have much, the terrace has no seating so is not really a terrace but just an extended balcony. Even though the hotel is in need of a face lift the hotel restaurant food is AMAZING, very nice food and highly recommended.

Probabilmente una buona opzione in una zona che offre poco di meglio. Camere un po vissute, abbastanza spaziose, pulizia ok. Un po fuori mano, se si vuole uscire a cena necessario usare l'auto, comodo parcheggio esterno. Ristorante interno mediocre e molto caro per quello che offre.

좋은 호텔로 생각되며, 식사가 정성을 담아 서비스됨. 객실 내부 안락하고 깨끗함. 주변 시설은 없슴. 아울렛 근처에 있어요

Forte odeur de bouse de vache dehors, il doit y avoir des étables industrielles à coté. Le diner au restaurant, pas bon du tout, digne d'un resto U.. Le petit dej, pas terrible non plus, bref, plutot 3* que 4...

El hotel en sí está muy bien en cuanto a limpieza y desayuno bufet. El recepcionista poco amable. En los alrededores no hay nada de nada, hay que coger el coche
