Auris Hotel Apartments Deira

Front Desk staff were helpful and nice, however the Hotel was in extremely poor condition and was not clean. It has insects in the room which was not very pleasant, I booked for 4 nights but did not spend 1 night in the room as I needed to stay in a cleaner accomodation

Location was ok. Close to metro and easy to get taxi when needed. Stores were close by if you needed CLEANING SUPPLIES for your room to give it a good scrubbing before using it. Such as the bathroom and kitchen.

Room and kitchen must be more updated. Overall service excellent.

Overall experience was okay - a lot of shops close by - close to metro. But the hot plate didn’t work well we didn’t end up cooking anything, tv had issues (remote had no cover), washroom wasn’t super clean. Bed was good and staff was very responsive and nice. Overall ok experience, 1 time stay.

Not so good there was only 1towel and then we phoned reception for more hours later we had to phone again and much later we got a extra towel next day same thing only one towel was left.

Everything went well , I hope they kept my Iphone adaptor, I forgot in the room #206 , Be back after our travel

Visitors not allowed, ruined my Birthday. FO too rude. Overall not to be recommended.

لم تعد اوريس كالسابق ولن اكرر السكن فيها بالرغم اني عميل لهم منذ 10 سنوات تقريباً ، لكنها لم تعد كالسابق بالنسبة لمستوى النظافة والخدمة والراحة وتعامل موظفين الاستقبال الجدد .
