In a great location, clean, affordable, breakfast was at another location but we were ok with that. We would stay there again. We found it noisy, but that was dumb people in the hallway talking outside our door, not the properties fault.

Wonderful location, literally a block away from the Duomo, a 5 minute stroll from the Tram station and at the most a 15 minute walk from everything you want to see in Florence, touristy or not. Clean room, safe building, good blinders. The bed felt a bit hard but was nevertheless comfortable. The only real slight is that the minifridge didn't work, not much of a big deal. Off season, the price was right.

If you want a great place to stay for a good price the heart of Florence look no further! Everyone was pleasant. If you get a room on the Piazza you might hear some street musicians playing late at night. Relax and enjoy!

This B&B is good but check in is in one place, we stayed at Plaza de la República and breakfast is about 4 mins walking distance in a different hotel. The entrance in the areas of the lift are so lonely. Wish there was someone there just in case someone unauthorized went in. Sometimes lift wouldn’t work. Personnel were kind. Loved location of the rooms in plaza de la República. Breakfast was buffet and it was good. Great servers. No restroom in breakfast area though. Gotta go 5 floors away. Our bathroom was small and it seems they didn’t change sheets everyday. TV was too small for room.

The room is so pretty and the hotel area is close to everything. I love it!

During our 6 week trip to Italy this was the most comfortable bed we slept in! Silky sheets and memory foam mattress. Location was perfect. Many good restaurants, stores and things to do near by. People have commented that breakfast is not served on site but at another location but that wasn't an issue for us. Its a beautiful city to walk in so we didn't mind. Pay close attention when they give directions for breakfast because it was difficult to find the first time. (yes you do go down the small walkway between the buildings...you're not lost).

Nice location, but not a “luxury b&b.” Room in closed quarters, private enough, but very close to other rooms (Seems like the bedrooms of an apartment were broken up into hotel rooms). We could hear our neighbours next door and three doors down.

Wonderful room. Central location. Only staffed from 9-8 so arrive accordingly. That said, staff were helpful and friendly. Limited amenities but it is a B&B. Would happily recommend.
