This is not really a 5 star hotel compared to a 5 star in western Europe or north America. The front desk service is pretty poor; they seemed confused about their own procedures for requiring a deposit or not. The breakfast was good and the room was nice. The facilities such as the pool and spa were also good. They don't actually have two restaurants. They have one menu and kitchen and just bring the food to different seating areas.

WE HAVE ARRIVED THE STUFF WAS VERY KIND. THE HOTEL IS SO BEUTIFUL AND THE FAMILY SUITE WAS VERY BIG, NICE WITH A HUGE BATHROOM. WE CELEBRATED MY PARENTS Anniversery and as asked they put a nice dissert in the room. We were very impressed. Even though a single bed wasn`t in the suite as excepected when paying and ordring a Family Suite for 3 people. Breakfast was very nice. Everything was fresh, tasty and planty. Two things were very bad: 1. On the second day the toilet was stuck and they came to fix it almost emmidiatly but they didn`t fix it well. Even though we told them. The man came and said he fixed it but it wasnet working at all until we left the hotel. We were very disapointed. 2. On wedensday afternoon we came from a tour and strangers came out of our room!!! the Bellboy was outside with there logdge. After that our keys didn`t open the door. Only after 4-5 times we went again and again to the reception - it was fine. one mistake of a clarck realy made our stay so anoying. My parents are 74 & 77 years old. They had to go back and forth to fix the ket all day long. I think a compensation will be right. At first we wanted to come with all the family on summer. Now I am not sure my parents would like that. Hope this will make the service better next time. Thank You, and hope that things will be different next time. Reuma Maron +972523857087

Great location, right price. I was surprised with the quality of the food and low prices at the yop of the restaurant.

Service is good, friendly staff. Clean amenities. Ait conditioning/heating system is too loud and outdated.

The place of the Hotel is very good. The service was good. Very varied breakfast.

Location OK, alot of construction nearby (new Le Meridian), have to walk quite a good distance to get to beach. Breakfast good, sauna good, steam room marginal. Would have liked a hot pool, but regular pool heated well. Our room A/C wouldn't shut off, tried to get staff to take care of it, they didn't, that was very annoying. So when turned off room to hot, if on would get too cold. Sad, since room o/w good
