Beech Tree Inn & Cottage

This Inn is absolutely stunning. Impeccably clean and they think of everything. I absolutely suggest everyone come and stay esp in the cottage, the fireplace, jacuzzi and king size bed are outstanding. I give it 5 stars, now off to their amazing breakfast they offer

PERFECT! Inn keeper met upon arrival and was very welcoming. Property and amenities were on point as promised and close to downtown. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. It’s clear all Covid guidelines are being followed. Including wrapping tv and A/C remotes in Saran Wrap! Don’t be afraid to come down to Newport. Masks are mandatory and restaurants and tours all take precautions. Highly recommend Beech Tree Inn!

Beautiful place to stay. Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. That staff was wonderful, hospitable and attentive. Breakfast was excellent also. Thank you for everything!

This bed and breakfast was fantastic! Super clean, easy no contact check-in and the breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly and the property is beautiful!

Cozy feel, very clean, and excellent service. Easy walk to main parts of Newport. Breakfast starts late, beginning at 8:30, 9:00, or 9:30. WiFi is not the greatest, but you don’t stay here to access Internet.

The room is spacious. The breakfast start late 8:30. Their to go breakfast is very bed. They don’t serve water at all no during breakfast and also no water in the hall or living room area.

We loved the cozy feel and cleanliness of the property and king jacuzzi room. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast (made to order) was amazing! The claim of a fridge and balcony were somewhat misleading; there is a shared balcony and SHARED fridge available for the king jacuzzi/fireplace rooms. Overall, we had a great experience at this property.

Very Clean, great owners, easy to walk to restaurants/bars, easy seamless entry to Inn and room. Breakfast was delish and enjoyed the complimentary nightcap in the sitting room. Also love the rooftop deck!!!
