Kuta Central Park Hotel

Alright hotel before catching a morning flight

We booked this hotel to stay one night in Kuta before our morning flight. The hotel location was ok - it is (luckily) far away from the buzz of Kuta beach, and there were some restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the beach couple of times a day. We were greeted with a welcome drink and our room had been upgraded free of charge. The upgraded room was spacious and clean. However, the hotel is a little worn out and will need a renovation at some point. There is a pretty pool area in the center of the hotel, and a gym and a spa too. It looks like they were able to organize a variety of services. The biggest downside was the weak noise isolation; we could hardly sleep because there was a big group near that would run in the corridor and make noise there all night, and at 6am. Also all the noise from the pool and yard could be heard to the room on 3rd floor.

Staff are great bed is comfortable room has adequate storage space real wardrobe writing desk draws to put your things away. What is not to like. But everyone is different and has their own opinions.

Friendly service but in need of a refresh

We stayed for 11 nights and had a great stay overall. The service was very good and we always received a smile! The site photos are when the property was new and fresh and not as it appears today. The hotel is a 30 min walk away from Kuta beach and is somewhat isolated from the hustle and bustle of it all (both positive and negative).

I liked the pool and bar ,and the breakfast area. The room was nice and clean.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, always smiling, friendly and ready and willing to help. The rooms were clean and tidy with towels and toiletries being replenished daily. Breakfast was a feast, with a choice of anything from noodles to omelette, pancakes, fruits, Indian and Indonesian foods. You could eat dinner for breakfast and not need anything else for the day. I didn’t use the pool, which was fairly small but it seemed popular. There was some work being done when we were there so a little noisy at times. All in all I would recommend this hotel as it’s not far from beaches, shopping malls etc although they aren’t on the doorstep.

Away from road traffic but at same time, convenient to get transport. Free shutter to shopping malls.

Had children's pool where my 4 yr old could touch. Playground and kids area. Restaurant ,cafe ,free bus shuttle to 4 destinations every 2hrs.
