Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel

Great stay!!!

Bathroom grout in shower & on floors needs deep cleaning & detaining every few months. Door has been wiped down, but still has a film on it & needs cleaning & polishing. Tv screen needs gentle cleaning with dampened cloth. Your rooms are much cleaner than 90% of households or hotels —but most people do not have the training or things needed to deep clean to maintain pristine condition of floors, shower walls.

The location is great. Close to shopping, food and entertainment.

The room was very nice. But I am always surprised to see high end hotels not have the amenities of other lesser hotels. Simple things like a microwave in the room, or free bottle of water. Are the patrons that come to your hotel much different than others? It felt like we had to pay for everything even though we paid more for the room. Why is that? We loved the room and bed but will probably stay at a less expensive hotel to have the expected amenities we have come to enjoy.

A perfect stay

This was a last minute book and everything from arriving to leaving was the most professional and nicest hotel I have ever been in. For the price me and my wife will go there anytime. It is registered as a 4 star but could easily be a 5 star. Never gonna stay anywhere else. Great fast friendly service, clean room, beautiful view, just overall great experience. 10 out of 10

The rooms were advertised as having microwaves in their room but that wasn't the case. You had to ask for one and if they were available you could get one.

First of many stays. Me being from New Orleans, most of our hotel stays are usually in that area. We tried this hotel and enjoyed everything about the hotel, parking, and especially the room. There's lots of room and the staff is really nice

This is my second time staying here. The stay is always first class. The front desk is extremely professional and courteous. The entire staff is first class. This is the place to stay if you are in the Baton Rouge area.

Best place in Baton Rouge. Always spotless,
