The Coppice House

Debbie is a natural-born 3rd generation hostess, she even got us gluten free toast which isn’t easy in Scotland. She tried to change a booking for us too. The house is beautiful and quiet and spacious, which was a treat. The bed was large, clean, but sort of lumpy but we found that’s how mattresses come in Scotland. Other than that it was perfect! We couldn’t imagine a nicer place. Breakfast was a feast with fresh berries for yogurt and a huge hot meal. Thank you!

Terrific place, the owner takes the hospitality business to the whole new level. There are only 5 rooms at this place, and it makes your experience very personal and tailored. Cant really wish to change a thing.

Great country style (not a big city hotel) stay. Host was awesome and very helpful. Nice location, especially if you are looking at Lake Katrine area.
