Nice hotel, reasonably priced

Nice hotel. Great staff. There is no elevator but the staff is helpful in carrying your luggage up and down. It is a little noisy by the street but not too bad. The breakfast is included but there are no healthy options so hopefully they will have this in the future

A beautiful hotel and good location

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, lots of wildlife to see. The outdoor seating area/yoga deck is a great addition. Breakfast was great. A really good choice of dishes. We also had lunch there twice and all the meals were great Some of the rooms felt a little bit dark and the positioning of them could be better but the whole resort is done is a tasteful way. The beds were really clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean - nice white towels and robes. There could be a water station so you don’t have to buy plastic bottles but the restaurant staff filled my water bottle up any time I asked. You are within walking distance of the town so lots of restaurants and little shops available on your doorstep.

Extremely dirty pool, way too expensive

The check in process was terrible, the front desk lady named Liany or something like that was incredibly rude. For the price one pays the pools look beautiful in pocture but they aresuper dirty! like you can feel the algea sort of growing (will not start with jacuzzi) overall, rooms have no Air conditioning-- again just for the price i paid ($275/night)for Costa Rica it was crappy

Very clean property, staff was very helpful and pleasant. The property is located near many shops and restaurants, making it easy to walk everywhere.

An oasis at the end of a rough trail

It was a very pleasant stay the staff was very attentive. The Grounds were beautiful on the property a nice little meandering trail and open areas to enjoy the scenery while you had your morning. The restaurant breakfast was very good. Also the Dinner menu had a lot to chose from and very tasty. I had a free bottle of wine with my points and we had that with our dinner. So all was outstanding!

Almost 5 stars

This hotel was very beautiful, with pool and Jacuzzi. They had a small walking path outdoor seating and restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfy with a very nice bathroom. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is that they ruined our spa day because they over booked and made a mistake by giving our spot to a walk in instead of us who had a reservation. really was a bummer and ruined our plans for the day.

Beautiful property, nice rooms, great breakfast. The only real issue is the hot tub was never hot and the bartender seemed to have no interest in working there - ran out of ice and wouldn't get more, without anyone in the pool he wouldn't get drink orders from the luke warm "hot" tub. Also, I sent emails before arrival that went unanswered for more than 3 days.
