Good location, nice room, seems some new renovations happened. Only thing negative was that there was someone’s pubic hair in the bathroom, and also someone’s hair elastic on the bathroom counter. None of that was ours.

I liked the price but the kings size bed was way too soft to get a good nights sleep after a day of hiking. Previously we had a room with 2 queen size bed which were much better. Next time I will only book a room with queen size beds. Bottom line it's an ok room for the price

Over all ran down, bed was worn out, dirty towels. Door was hard to open. I get it was the end of the season but for the cost I expected the same experience as the start of the season.

Noisy!

We stayed for 3 nights in low season, just before most businesses in Waterton shut down. The weather forecast was good, so the town was busy. Check in was slow, the office doesn't open until 3pm during low season, but the person didn't show up to open the office. The cleaning supervisor got someone to open up. Not a great start. The room was clean, furniture and fine, loved the mattress, had a small coffeepot, microwave and fridge, satellite tv with 4 channels (poor tv), weak wifi. Not all units have a shower/bath combo, some only have a shower, so request a bathtub if you want one. My big beef with this property was the paper thin walls. We heard people talking easily from next door and above. We even heard someone else's cell phone ring. We had some really noisy people above us who decided to have a loud conversation at 5:10am! The next day they left and a group of 3 or 4 rooms surrounded us, and the noise of talking and kids screaming and crying was out of this world. Luckily it magically stopped at 8:15pm because I was ready to complain to the front desk. People visiting Waterton are hiking and biking and are tired at night! Sleep was disrupted by the noise. For this reason I would not recommend this property. It is older and they just have not done the proper renovations required. Unfortunately, restaurants and lodgings are limited in this town, and they can charge high prices without much thought to value.

Property was great but when booking a very remote place in off-season you should advise guests to bring food. There was only 2 places to eat - one of the 2 just had hot dogs and fries. We had too many hot dogs and fries!

Newly renovated room. No air conditioning for hot weather. Eavestrough falling off outside room squeaked in the wind all 3 days and nights. Floors between 1st and 2nd are thin. Hard to sleep due to noise from the 2nd floor. Well situated and close to everything.
