Paradise Resort Club and Spa

It was a great place for family stay as we went with our two young kids. It’s very close to shops and restaurants which is all within walking distance. Our kids love the pool and the slide of course. The room has everything we needed for a short stay. Only thing that wasn’t perfect for us was that it was quite loud and busy throughout the night as people were shouting and chatting in the hallways which we could clearly hear them even past 9-10pm. Our kids went to bed usually before 8pm so that kept them awake. Next time I will ask for a room with less traffic for sure.

Liked the layout of the suite, the fireplace and the view. The amenities in the suite are all you need to make meals. Lots of linens etc. Only downside was the noise from the suite above us (foot steps)

Family Winter Getaway

A very enjoyable family getaway, combining three families with lots of room in 3 bedroom deluxe condo, kitchen facilities during Covid pandemic, enhancing safety, One hour away from Lake Louise Ski Resort. Just what we had hoped for! Thank-you!

Roomy place with bbq

Nice place, enough room for family of 6. Unfortunately unable to park in underground parking due to roof carrier so had to walk a ways and use a back door piled with garbage. Other than that would stay there again.

Was not the best .

The room was ready for us almost 2 hours later, we were 7 it was cold outside and no place to go. And when we got to the room they where still cleaning it. Very noise the people on top of us. Pool was ok and fun but not Covid friendly at all capavity 40 and we when they was like 50 people there. Was a bit disappointing. The reception also mix up the room number and code so we where not able to unlock one of the room.

Property run down

Good location and amenities but is old and run down. The heater in our room did not work during coldest week of the year. 9pm of day two, the 5th staff visit, finally the HVAC guy arrives and opens a valve for temporary fix so we have some heat. Fortunately the fireplace worked so we had some living room heat. Microwave has sign to slam the door. It only works if you hold the door closed with hand. The washer has an OUT OF ORDER sign on it. Rooms can be noisy if you have neighbors. Definitely not luxury in this state of disrepair.

This property asked for a damage deposit upon check in. It was disappointing to see the carpets lifting up, the bed sheets with rips and tears in them, and the overall condition of the property run down.

It was a bit confusing to find as it is in the rear of other buildings. Better directions and signage would of helped.

Spent 3 nights, with 13 family members, the eldest being 93, and the youngest being 2. Kids loved the pool although there was tons of chlorine, which irritated our skin, and bleached out a couple peoples swimwear. Only other complaint would be our rooms were far apart, we booked as a group I would have thought they would keep our room close together. We will be back.
