Great location, good price, comfy room would definitely stay again

Really nice hotel, rooms are an okay size. Friendly staff and efficient check in process. Only complaint would be that the step to the shower/bathroom looks a little dangerous, and the AC seemed to constantly flap between being on or off. Apart from this had a great stay and good sleep.

Absolute brilliant hotel right in the city centre. Room was very, very warm though. We received 2 fans so it solved the problem. Excellent shower. Would come again.

Good location, nice and clean, not too bad

I had pre paid for room with Ebookers. On arrival I was told I had to pay a further 50 pounds for pre payment with no explanation for this other that's what IBIS do . I explained I had already paid for room and was not at all happy with this. Internet was not made available . This payment of which I was not informed about is something I am reporting to ombudsman . And not acceptable. I won't be booking again for this reason.

Very clean hotel I have been before and was main reason I chose this time , fantastic shower, comfortable bed. Room on the small side this time and view not good though was great last time ! Overall excellent and lovely staff.

Nice central hotel, but room was far too warm, air con not functioning and single beds very small.

Was asked for a credit card on arrival. I don't take a credit card with me on a weekend away, so told young man I didn’t have one. A further 3 times he asked for a credit card & a further 3 times I told him I didn’t have one as I don’t take one with me when I’m away for the weekend. I understand that it’s something that’s now in place. But all my details are logged with Ibis hotels as I’m a member of the ibis scheme. I shouldn’t have to tell a member of staff 4 times I don’t have a credit card. This will be the last time we stay at the Ibis.
